Mark and his team are great and do good work. Fair prices, don’t try to upsell you and takes the time to explain the work needed. And they’re open on weekends which is a huge plus. Will be my go-to shop for any vehicle servicing I need
Granville Auto is definitely the most trustworthy auto shop! They have fulfilled my vehicle’s needs every time, and the work they put into my car is spotless. I appreciate Mark, and the team a lot. Top notch service!! Coming from the UK and having to adapt to how things work in Canada when purchasing a car and doing pre-purchase inspections - these guys were great! They were kind enough to get our car in the same day, as we were in desperate need of a car due to other commitments we had made. They explained the whole shabang on the car, plus how the insurance works and answered any other car related questions we had. I was a little worried about an issue that I knew wasn’t a problem but couldn’t get it out my head, so he offered for us to come back the next day to show me everything was fine and offered help us deal with a leaky sunroof on the house.
