This review is VERY overdue! I had my car serviced maybe a year ago now, and I completely forgot to leave a review because I was no longer thinking “what is that noise”. Mark and his team did such a great job, I forgot I ever had a problem in the first place!

They are extremely thorough in their diagnosis of an issue, and clearly explain what service needs to be done to someone like myself who is not a car person at all.

The team was able to diagnose and fix a water leak in my car quickly. Mark provided updates throughout the day and drop off and pick up was quick and easy. I would return for future mechanic needs.
Don't know what other review was talking about but we have been getting a good service here since I met Mark and never had any problem, we have 3 cars and it’s been getting service here since 2014. The service is awesome the labor is one of the cheapest in Vancouver if not BC.
I really like here when they always shows me what I needed, Mark will give me an option to either see it for myself, if I can’t, he would text me a photos of the problem.
Mark is one of the best service advisor I have encountered. He is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with, he doesn’t feel pushy on sales and even advise me on what needed first and go on from there.
