Great staff and medical professionals here. Our family has been going here for decades and the standard of care has been excellent from then to now. The clinic works hard to support their patients especially in such a busy clinic, and a province where doctors are in short supply. Truly appreciate everyone’s hard work here.
It is such a joy to be understood and heard and cared for. That's how my NP makes me feel every visit. She listens and tries her best to find the best solution for me. If there is ever an opening, I highly recommend Kayleigh Ross as your family doctor. I personally haven't had any issues with reception ladies, online booking is fast an easy and I've been able to reach the reception by phone on the past albeit the wait can be long IF you cal during busy hours. It's nice that I can just check in myself through the kiosk and leave the staff to do more important tasks
We are very grateful for the care and support we’ve received from Patrick T. It is our first time having a nurse practitioner and it has far outweighed any care we’ve ever received from a doctor. Patrick is kind and knowledgeable and we can always get a same day phone appointment. We also noticed that Steve one of the receptionists is very kind and helpful, this is usually not the norm at medical offices, he stands out from the rest. He is very good at his job and very nice and pleasant to the patients.
