The worst possible scenario: my tire blew as I was leaving town and trying to make a flight in Seattle. I had to wait for a tow, I was so sad and distraught, but it was like the rain stopped and sun shown down when I arrived at fountain tire! The staff was so nice to me and helped me get back on the road and make my flight, I can't thank them enough!!!!

Dillan from the Fountain Tire Mobile was wonderful! I called BCAA as I had a flat tire. They sent Dillan to come and fix it for me so I was a surprised that they have a contract with BCAA..Good to know. Dillan was quick, polite, courteous and professional. Fast, friendly, efficient. Needed to put my snow tires on. Made an appointment for the very next day, brought the car in, and in a little over an hour the car was ready. Great work and thanks. Worry free over this winter and will be back in the spring to have them taken off.
