Signed up for this with Class Pass and loved the ambiance of this place.
The place was clean and the Pilates class was done with access to natural sunlight.
It was a really relaxing type of class and I enjoyed it after having a cardio class the day before.
It was just the balance of hard and I felt relaxed after the end of the class and felt I had a really good stretch.

Outstanding RMT by James!I have been going to James for about a year now and can’t say enough good things about my appointments with him. I would recommend him to anyone! He is extremely caring and is always wanting to address any concerns you have that day. He is great with adjusting techniques and pressure depending on your concern or injury. James has resolved many underlying back and leg injuries/soreness that I have suffered from over the years. I always leave my appointments feeling refreshed, relaxed and pain-free. He’s an over all amazing RMT.

Katrin has been an incredible and supportive instructor. Seriously she is amazing. Im taking her beginner reformer series and love the way I feel - stretching is much more enjoyable and I feel very in control and aware of my muscle movement. Its helped with my strength training and mind/body connection. Shes inspired me to take up reformer pilates on an ongoing basis. The space at Form is a beautiful environment and I also really appreciate the Form team’s commitment to safety and integrity in instruction with the pre-req requirements and small class size. Thanks for a great experience!
