I wrote a review of this business about a year ago based on a purchase I made over the phone. I live in Victoria and it would have been inconvenient and expensive to travel to Vancouver to find the part that I needed to repair our suitcase. The service I received was excellent.Today I contacted them again for a part for another Samsonite suitcase. After sending a picture and measurements of the broken part I was contacted very quickly with a message telling me the part was available and could be shipped to me the same day.I cannot say enough about the customer service of Weston Luggage Repair. Permanently closed.I'm disappointed that their Google listing doesn't say so. Neither does their voicemail. Please change it.I drove from the Westend.They did good work for me, years ago. I'm sorry they closed.Thank you for responding.

The address on Yelp is wrong, and for some reason, Yelp won't let them correct it? I trusted Yelp and went to their old address first- one Saturday morning wasted. Their correct address is 228 SW Marine Dr, Vancouver, BC V5X 2R5. After going to their correct address, they fixed the handle on my $700 Andiamo Valoroso in 5 mins for $30 + tax. Great deal, and saved me from having to buy new luggage.
