Esso is one of the few gas stations located near downtown, with a parking area that is appreciated by customers. However, some customers have noticed that the receipt paper is not always refilled, and there have been issues with the car wash system not drying vehicles properly. Additionally, there was an incident where a pump handle was broken by a vehicle.
