I recently visited Kingsway Honda and my service person was Tyler Mayer. I have to say, the experience really challenged my expectations of a typical car dealership. We often associate dealerships with impersonal, sales-driven interactions, but I found something more human at this Honda location. Tyler was not only incredibly professional, but he also showed a level of care and kindness that seems to be disappearing from many customer service experiences nowadays.
