My experience at Collective Fitness was amazing! I was staying in Vancouver for 4-months for work, and I was able to continue my cross-fit training through their gym. The coaches were very welcoming and knowledgeable, and their training programs were excellent.
I came to CFK without previous athletic background and wanting to find a community which can support me in building a more active lifestyle. And I found exactly just that. You have to take mandatory foundation classes which gave you solid movements foundation that can be applied beyond the classes. I did my intro with Iker who provided great insights to my body movements and always has your back in every class. Even for a beginner like me, the movements are scalable and I could see my progression within 6-8 months after my first visit. You’ll find the workout energizing and fun (though hard), as well as a supportive community of coaches and attendees.
