Opened an account on May 10th and deposited cheques. Now June 12th and CIBC still has funds on hold. Checked with the bank the cheques were drawn against and they cleared May 14th. Inept...
Austin Lee is the best financial advisor that I have ever worked with. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He spent a lot of time educating me while helping me with my investment options.
OMG, luckily this CIBC is close by. I went all the way to TD bank in Yaletown Hamilton Street to find out that their ATMs are closed. Shoot. I then went to BMO but because I don't have an account there, they charge $3 per transaction. I decided to find another bank that I bank with. I came across this hidden CIBC. Went in to use the ATM machine. This looks like one of those no teller CIBC branch.They have another ATM machine inside and a bunch of chairs. Guess this branch exist for customers who want to meet with their bank adviser. Inside looks super clean. I am glad that they have ATM machines that are open for public after business hour use.
