Really help-full staff, was able to come in and out and ask dumb questions with no one talking down to me. I had a computer build in the past from them was great and this time they helped me clone a drive

I initially had bad service at this location - but returned to give them one more shot and was pleasantly surprised to get great service from Connor. He had a cheery demeanor, was helpful and professional. I think your experience at this location may be hit or miss, but Ill acknowledge good service when I get it. To the manager of this location - acknowledge those employees who put their best foot forward and keep an eye on the attitude and professionalism of others.

I visited the shop because my pc was faulty. Evan was very kind and professional, everyone else was friendly as well, they diagnosed the pc in two days and I’m happy I was able to learn about the root cause. Thank you! :)
