They also took the anxiety out of going in for electronics repairs which I understand, can be daunting, they took the stress out of everything and treated me like family.

I had a very positive experience at Burrard Laptops. The staff there were so friendly and helpful. Very calm, low key, explained my options to replace an ancient PC and retrieve all my documents etc. I was surprised and relieved how easy it was and also quite reasonably priced. I highly recommend them if you have a broken computer and/or are looking for a refurbished replacement.

Have recently had to replace a screen on a damaged MacBook Air, as well as a keyboard that was wrecked by a drink. Have also used their services in the past when another MacBook Air motherboard needed to be replaced. The service is fast, courteous, and professional. Would highly recommend this place without reservation. if only Apple’s service was so good and affordable.
