Burrard Animal Hospital is absolutely amazing! We had to take our cat here as he was breathing very rapidly. They took such good care of him and us as well. He had to stay in the ICU oxygen chamber but they allowed us to visit him throughout his stay. A huge thank you to the whole team for saving our beloved kitty!!
I’ve had to take both of my cats here on separate occasions and I’m so grateful for how attentive, caring and kind the staff are. You can tell how much pride they take in their work and they have an incredible amount of compassion for pet parents who are scared and emotional. These guys are so amazing with my cats. One of my cats is really nervous at the vet and they always take the time to make sure she's feeling comfortable and work with her instead of forcing her into anything.
I go to them for regular vet checkups but last week Lila cut her foot and was bleeding badly so we went in for an emergency visit. They took her in immediately to stop the bleeding and were so great about updating me with everything when I had to leave her for a few hours. They always check in and respond quickly to texts/emails when I have questions about if things in her healing process are normal.
