The booking system over text messages was easy and straight forward.Karly did my hair. Quickly and professionally.The photos are taken the next day, and you can see although some of the waves on the under layers are open and look straight, the waves on top of my hair are still nice and visible. Booked an appointment for hair and makeup day before, hair looked amazing in the studio but the hair did not hold at all. Was completely flat 2 hours later. Also got charged a $25 cancellation fee for cancelling 1 of the 2 services. I cancelled 1 of the services very soon after I made the appointment, which was not taken into consideration at all. The staff apologized while continuing to charge me $25, that is not an apology. Felt like more of a money grab at that point. They conveniently ignored my email until the last minute and never warned me about a cancellation fee over the phone.

Had a Dutch braid + makeup done for a wedding. Chancey (hair) and Demi (makeup) were great. Super efficient and skilled and were able to fit me in for makeup which I hadn’t booked prior. I had everything done in 1 hour. Highly recommend! Thank you ladies!
