Had the most pleasant haircut experience with Jessie. For the first time in my life I seriously enjoyed getting my haircut. No arguments or resistance to HOW I wanted my hair done. It looks spectacular. Lovely conversation. I am SO pleased.

I’ve been coming to Big Bro’s for my hair care needs for just over two years—everything from a long hair trim to skin fades, in almost any chair—and I’ve only ever left feeling more confident and affirmed in my identity, regardless of how that may have been expressed at any given time. The staff are intentional to client needs—whether that’s small talk, no talk, or deep talks—and flexible, making time for late buses or neurodivergent scheduling mishaps.
