Terrible customer service, was told communication would happen by email. Received diagnosis email, replied back during business hours less than 2 hours later. Then never received a reply back over the next 4 days, even after following up by email. Business is open 7 days a week, this unprofessional lack of communication is completely unacceptable. Save yourself some time and bring it somewhere else. I ended up finally going back to the store to pick it up and bring it somewhere else.
