I got a Samsung phone that couldn't accommodate both of my SIM cards, and Sarthak Narang was super patient in helping me install an e-version of one of the cards. A tech-phobic person like myself could never have come up with that solution. He went beyond the call of duty and I so appreciate him.
Luckily I bought my phone from Best Buy instead of from Amazon, or else I would have been left with a phone I didn't know how to use. I'll continue to buy my tech products from Best Buy and will definitely be recommending friends who are likewise tech-phobic to do the same.

I just bought a $2100 electric scooter from this location and got the best service. I asked for the manager because I was given a discount from the online order side, the store leader was very easy going and processed my discount without any hassle. He also offered to help me carry the 70Lbs package to my car outside of the store! The store leader himself! He could have gotten anyone else to do it. Exceptional service that has gone a long way! Thank you very much
