Excellent value for money BUT make sure this is the kind of massage you really want.The pricing is very good considering that you get a full hour of deep, firm massage (as opposed to a comforting or relaxing pampering).Expect no frills, no nonsense service.The massage itself involves the application of heavy and hard pressure on various body parts on the back, arms, legs, etc. This is not deep tissue work on specific trigger points and there is no rubbing motion of any kind.Rather, intense pressure is applied for varying durations to targeted body parts, sometimes with a rocking motion. Highly recommend. The massage pressure is very strong and I feel significant change and relief after appointments. I wake up with terrible neck pain occasionally and jack has saved me on multiple occasions to fit in an appointment for me with short notice which I truly appreciate.

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff are attentive yet not pushy. When your wanting to have a relaxing, peaceful experience you don't want to be hustled and bustled. I use there infrared sauna which is truly a peaceful and therapeutic experience that has highly enhanced ever aspect of my life. To the staff and facilities 5 star!
