We recently had the carpet in our apartment replaced by BC Floors and the results were excellent. Keit Gutierrez provided us with amazing service from start to finish. She gave us attractive options to work with that suited our budget, and provided regular check-ins to ensure we were satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend both Keit and BC Floors for anyone in need of flooring services.

Keit was very knowlegible and courteous.Explained the procedure of having my kitchen floor recovered with cork and having it glazed.Very happy with the outcome.Kitchen appears more airy and bright.

The company delivered on a tight timeline and was quite flexible, mobilizing on a short notice; just 10 days from final quote, 5 days from strata approval to beginning works.Valentin was my one-man squad for installing, and completed the works in the shortest time estimated – quite the feat as a lot of levelling was needed. He showed care in his work, and I'm very satisfied with the result.One happy homeowner here, with pretty new hardwood floors!
