Huge thanks to John Balacua who came by to set baits for pharoah ants. These minuscule ants have been seen throughout our building but we can rely on Atlas to ensure they don't invade our space! John is a real pro - friendly, extremely knowledgeable, & he also took time to explain the process & answer our questions. He went through our home like a whirlwind, we were very impressed. Highly recommended, would definitely work with him again. Thanks John!

The technician Hasan was excellent at explaining things, setting sticky traps and poison bait boxes, and identified entry points; gaps under doors to the unit and building entrances. He demonstrated how to fold and assemble the extra sticky traps that I was given to use if more were needed. He arrived on time too. Efficient.
