I had a fantastic experience with Di Lewis piercing my septum this past Thursday. I warned them in advance that I have a needle phobia and can go non-verbal when I'm overwhelmed, and they were kind and considerate without treating me like a child (as many a nurse has done with bloodwork). They practiced excellent consent, and did a perfect job of hiding the actual needle from me. They respected my pronouns, and used my chosen name despite all my ID being in my deadname. I was nervous about opting into the much cheaper titanium options, but they moved forward with just as much enthusiasm as when I'd been eying the $550+ piece.

Awesome experience. Very professional, comfortable and welcoming environment. Staff are friendly and make you feel at ease. I would definitely recommend to others for piercings. Di was great!

I got my nostril done today and had a lovely experience. I was only surprised with the price of the jewelry just because I’ve been to other shops where the jewelry wasn’t in the hundreds, but they were super accommodating with my budget and card limit! Otherwise, service and everything else was 5/50!
