This is the person who had the treatment done last week. This time, there was a different person in charge than usual, and I won't name her, but she was blonde. Honestly, the results are the worst. I also work in the hospitality industry, and it's been a while since I've seen someone behave like that. He was clearly cold to other employees in front of customers, and he never treated me well. Why is it so expensive even at checkout? The quality and quality of the product was not suitable for it to be priced that high. I've already gotten 3 bottles in just one week. To be honest, I don't want that person to do it again.

First of all, when I arrived at the store, the store was not open and I was kept waiting outside even though it was 5 minutes before. Even after entering, I was kept waiting for preparations. After the nail was completed, it was far from the photo I ordered, there was no gradation, and the length of the nail was different. I do not recommend having Mizuki perform the procedure.

The technician was nice and polite, and I appreciated that, but she was very inexperienced. She did such heavy handed buffing that three of my nails chipped off and she didn’t even notice. Then she had to shorten them again and couldn’t get the shape right. i literally had to tell her what to do. also one of my nails already chipped off after just one day!!! And the shellac colour selection is very very limited.Service: Gel manicures
