I urgently had to purchase an iPhone and went to this centre at PC, it was crazy busy and had to wait at least half hour for someone to serve us. Nevertheless, got what we wanted and had help from Bestie to retrieve my Apple ID and she was so patient, my wife and I are very pleased with her service. Excellent I would say :) 10 stars for her... I didn’t receive a paper receipt and I was not offered one. I wanted to put the iPad on monthly payments but this option was not offered so I had to pay the full amount. I found the staff to be somewhat inattentive.

Great service from Anas! (Hopefully I remembered his name correctly).
Very friendly and helpful with making sure my AirPods were legit. I bought them from a reliable retailer, I was a tiny bit paranoid and just wanted to make sure they’re legit Apple AirPods which was why I came to verify them with Apple employees.
He gave me some tricks and tips as to how to get a more comfortable fit if the ear tips that came with the AirPods didn’t fit me. I appreciate the help and friendliness !!!
