Ali was incredibly helpful, patient, and detail oriented. He was willing to explain everything to us, help us learn the property and how to operate everything and every positive and negative aspect short term and long term we may need to consider. He also jumped in to help us on short notice and was nothing short of the nicest person we can hope to find.

I haven’t used any other inspection services, but I had a great experience with this company. I used their inspection service once, but unfortunately, the deal with the property didn’t go through. We had to look for other properties, and once we found a new one, I was confident their service would be all I needed. Ali , who handled both inspections for us, was very patient, thorough, and informative. I learned a lot by doing the walkthrough with him. I totally recommend this company. They also accommodated my rushed request for the second inspection fairly quickly.

We have used a number of house inspectors in the past and Gary stands out as being one of the best. In fact, he has inspected two houses for us and both counts were done in a timely and professional fashion. Without a doubt, he is a very experienced inspector. What we appreciate even more is his ability to simplify concepts and his willing to take the time to share his experience and knowledge.
