My washing machine agitator stopped and not knowing what to do I Googled to find a repair shop and luckily came across Paul's Alpha Electric. With in 3 hours he sent an amazing repair man who knew immediately what the problem was and in 15 minutes fixed it. What a great Christmas gift! The whole process from calling them to having my washing machine fixed was painless and was I able to get on with my laundry plus my anxiety level went from 100 to O . I highly recommend them.

Paul Hegele and his team were friendly and professional, it was easy and enjoyable to work with them and they were trustworthy. The crew of two people who did the job were also friendly, worked effectively and left the house clean. Was most impressed in how they came up with some creative solutions to do the work with the least amount of drywall modification. There was one situation where they might have had to cut through a bunch of joists, but they figured out an alternate wiring route that worked brilliantly.
