Jambudip (JD) was super efficient at cutting my mailroom keys for my condo when a hardware store (Rona) couldn't copy the key and failed twice. I was getting annoyed and knew I had to go to a locksmith. Action Lock & Security did not disappoint and within 5 minutes, got my keys cut and the cost was less than the hardware store. I'm so happy they got it done correctly the first time so I didn't have to go back. Definitely recommend if you need keys cut here and also great customer service. There is also lots of free street parking outside and a nice café across the street.
I had a broken lock and could not use my door. They were here within hours of my call. They installed a new doorknob and lock and cut additional keys at the spot.I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly
