What an absolute gem of a spa. Had a 60 minute massage and the provider, Amelia, was amazing - perfect pressure, listened to my needs and made sure I had a terrific experience. The relaxation room is lovely with very nice amenities; the locker, steam and shower areas were perfect, clean, and relaxing. The manager is absolutely lovely and attentive and showed me all the features and perks; the other staff were kind and helpful! Highly recommend.
Today, I had an extraordinary experience at Absolute Spa located in the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, thanks to Kathy. From the moment I arrived until the treatment concluded, the service was impeccable. Kathy meticulously explained each step of the facial treatment, ensuring I felt both comfortable and well-informed. Her expertise and charming demeanor truly elevated the experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Absolute Spa, particularly Kathy, for her outstanding service. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit!
I had a great experience at Absolute Spa.Dream team, warm welcoming . Also, Amelia provided pedicure service today for me. She was professional and courteous. Definitely ask for her when you go there.
