I work in another trade, today on site in Delta one of the employees here had sensed my frustrations, he was very friendly and helped us out, as well as giving us a few words of wisdom. This guy made a great representation of A-1. amazing guys, would recommend them.

A few months ago, my kitchen sink began clogging up and draining slowly. The usual fixes didn't do the trick. Last week, I reached out to Strata, who in turn reached out to A-1. I was called the very next day to schedule a time for the following day. A-1 even managed to accommodate for my last minute appontment time change. When the day came, two gentlemen swung by and fixed the issue-- turned out to be a minor blockage in the common pipes. They were communicative about their ETA, considerate and conscientious, and walked me through each step of their plumbing process. A1 recently did the drainage cleaning in my condo building. There was a bit of a scheduling issue that arose, but they were most accommodating in getting it resolved in a timely manner. Upon doing my suite, their plumber noted that my erator under the kitchen sink was damaged and leaking. They took care of the issue for me at the same time. The plumber explained in detail the work they were doing, the plumbing configuration, and where there could be potential problems with it. He also throughly tested, re-checked his work, and made sure that everything was perfectly clean before leaving.
