Firstly and most importantly they answer their phone, or get back to you as soon as possible—which usually is not long. Secondly, they will arrive for the estimate and the specific job that you have contracted them for within the window of time given, which will not be half the day!! And you will receive a phone call or a text should something interfere with the time given, even if it is only a half of an hour out. Thank you to Gary of Brighter Days for coming to clean out our gutters in Waynesboro. Not only did he call us back right away (it's hard to have any sort of work done these days let alone a call back) but he was easy to communicate with, honest, fair and worth giving him business. Thank you again!
