this was an experience not be missed in Tofino! We were walked back into this beautiful area in the woods to a charming little bungalow where my husband and I had a couple massage. Everything about it was wonderful. It was like being transported to a blissful place, and the massages were excellent. We highly recommend this business!!

My husband and I were staying at The Wickaninnish Inn and booked a couples massage at the Ancient Cedars Spa for extra relaxation during our anniversary trip. Let me start by saying WOW what an experience. First we were shown the changing rooms, where they have lockers ready and waiting with your name on it (cool touch)! Then inside the locker, the spa left a cute card for our anniversary, which was another nice personal touch.
As for the massage room, it was the cutest little beach front cabin. I have to say I don’t think any spa will ever outdo this location. It was so dreamy getting the massage and listening to the waves crashing on the rocks and rain falling on the roof. Literally the most picturesque spot.
The massage itself was also amazing. Our massage therapists were Ruby and Bernadette. The massage started off with a foot soak, which had little beads for pressure point on the feet which felt great. The rest of the message was also great. I really enjoyed the leg and foot massage. I left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated.
The spa also had a cool steam cave, which was nice before (or after) the massage.
I would highly recommend booking a couples massage to see the adorable cottage first hand. It was a wonderful experience.
Great campground and really friendly staff. Very grateful for their help when our camper van broke down, and they were able to move things around and accommodate use for a few extra days. The staff really went above and beyond.
My interaction here was brief, but pleasant. A very friendly mechanic came out and retorqued my tires for free and very cheerfully, even though I'd had them put on in Nanaimo. Thanks so much!
