Great in your face service, however that's where it stops. Waiting still for 2 Dr referrals on possible skin cancer on my face( no record of referrals) and 2 Dr referrals on imagining for a knee injury ( zero referrals made or record) to a shredded MCL & meniscus. But had the nerve to send me a letter for 25$ cash only request to move my 'records ' to another Dr.

Get some more people answering phones! It continuously tells you your in the Q but then says hang up and try again. Lately these guys are impossible to get ahold of!!! Brutal service

I have had a few appointments with HG Medical/specifically Dr. Bukhres, and I really cannot say enough good things about the staff there at the reception and Dr. Bukhres, his assistance and care in his patients really shows. Thank you!
