I highly recommend Lons Garage. I was in a really bad spot up here in Northern BC when my engine went and no one else in the area would even look at it. Despite it becoming a big job and taking longer than Lon probably wanted it to (finding a new engine not because of Lon) Lon was great and helpful through the process and in the end got the job done and I was able to roll back out again ?. Beyond this he was knowledgeable and very fair pricing. Thanks again Lon!
Tony runs an amazing store with great prices, excellent service, and a wide selection of instruments, gear, and accessories. I’ve been a consistent customer for the past 2 or 3 years and sight and sound has been instrumental in my trajectory as a young independent musician. The staff are knowledgable and patient, and the store is easy to navigate. (special shout out to Josh for always finding me the best deals on the best gear around!)
I WORKED HERE BRIEFLY AND LOVED IT! My Boss Gary was Great !!! And the supervisors I had Byron & Darcy, I learned a lot here and there was a lot of in house Free Training. I had so much fun working with these guys, it was a great work experience & environment. And they have “Bush Strong Coffee” in the mornings (upstairs).

I had a water line leak and flood my kitchen and living room earlier this year. Universal was awesome to deal with, all the way from Joel helping me rip out all the floors and the drying crew getting the place aired out to the paint, drywall, floors and finishing putting the cabinets and trim back in. I couldn't be happier with their work and results, Definitely recommend! Dan, Titus, Rowdy, Taylor and everyone else that had a hand in fixing my place up, thanks guys!
