She built a successful relationship with me before I'd even walked into the store using her knowledge, sense of humor and honesty, but zero pressure, which I probably appreciated more than anything. When she said she was always available to help with design advice even if we didn't choose TileTown as our supplier, for the simple fact that it is her passion, I knew they were our #1 choice and was thrilled to find product we lliked that was in our price point. The Team at Tile Town in Langley BC is attentive, friendly & professional. If they don't have something you want, they will go out of their way (right Jackson ?) to get it for you. High recommendations here!!!!

Nothing but best service! Alvin Ho is very knowledgable! He basically helped us designed for 2 bathrooms and kitchen! He is passionately in tune with the needs of the customers. Alvin is your go-to-guy and we will definitely come back for future projects. Keep it up!
