Yesterday I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Praveen Islur at Surrey Place Dental (Central City). He was recommended to me by a friend, and I am very satisfied with the treatment I received. I've been treated by many different dentists in the past (as I've moved a lot), and my yesterday's dental office experience easily stands out as one of the best I've had. I've been going to this dental office for the past 15 years and I've had good experiences here. They use a conservative approach for treatment and will not propose to do fillings for cavities unless it's necessary. Most of the time, they use a watch and see for any potential trouble teeth. I never feel pushed to do treatment and everything is always explained well.
They will give estimates for treatment pricing and handle the insurance side. And if you do end up owing money, they will give gentle reminders and won't chase you down for payment. First time in this office for an emergency appointment, but definitely not my last. I can't say enough about how good the experience was from all staff, but special kudo's to the Dr. Islar and his dental assistant, they were amazing.
