Moderately priced and just the fact that the owner came in on her day off was just mind blowing. Who does that, comes in when there business is closed. No one, but the owner did and she is delightful and professional and personable and we chatted as if we knew each other forever. “On the pricier side but you definitely get what you pay for. The spa is really clean, comfortable and spacious. We booked for a Saturday and were helped by the owner and another technician. Both were very friendly and pleasant. We had a good chat - this is great for extroverts who love to chat. I got a lux pedicure and my friend got a lux manicure, this felt very different to other fast/minimal nail salons I’ve been to. Would recommend if you want to have a proper pamper.“

I got my hair done late last week and I asked for ashy blonde highlights and after washing it, it has turned orange. I called to speak to the stylist but she was not there, and the gentleman on the phone was not helpful. I am quite upset after spending over $300 for it to look like this. At this point, I just want to colour over it. I really thought salons would be more accommodating if a person did not like their service..“

“I booked an appointment with Alistair to get my nails done and the process was amazing all throughout!!! I wanted a fun set with charms but didn’t have anything specific in mind. They listened to me explain the vibes I had envisioned and they came up with super fun ideas for me! They checked at every step to make sure I was happy with the process and how my nails were looking. They took the nail and cuticle care very seriously which I love! The result was amazing!!
