This is a review on the SOMA Peel. I had never had a chemical peel before the one I had done by Karen. I was scared to try one but I was getting frustrated with my skin. I was leaning toward a Hydrafacial+ but after consulting with Karen she recommended a peel. The intake at the clinic was great. My temperature was taken and I was led to a sink where I was asked to wash my hands with soap and water. The peel itself was quite painless, no burning just intense tingling. The most peeling took place on day 3 but the facial lotion I was sent home with took care of that and any tightness I felt. On day 6 or 7 though I was totally convinced that I was going to get another peel. I have never seen my skin so smooth and glowing. I am truly going makeup free and I am very satisfied with the results.
I highly recommend Soma MD. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. I love the atmosphere and environment of the office, which has a relaxing, but yet an upbeat environment. They’re all so knowledgeable. Dr Michel and her staff are all so nice and welcoming and willing to answer any questions about their wonderful services. I’ve had IPL and chemical peels done with amazing results. I also have had help with a better skin care routine and I can’t even believe how much more evened out and better my skin looks. Thank you Dr Michel, Kylee and Karen for all of your help in my skin correction journey.
Dr. Michel and her staff are wonderful! SOMA is a beautiful, relaxing space where you will be treated by friendly, knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.
