The staff is welcoming and helpful. I was shown around the room and also shown the access to amenities for post float.
Because I am claustrophobic, my daughter booked me a float room as a birthday gift. This was my very first time floating. I found the experience very relaxing. I think I dozed off a few times.
I felt that my entire body including my back and knees, were rejuvenated from the experience. I personally felt that the room was far too warm after I had showered.
