I went to RG Diagnostics with a problem after several bad experiences with my local Subaru dealer. Steve at RG was most understanding, listened well and got me in at very short notice. I’m now planning on using them for all my ongoing services.

I brought my car to RG to get the broken trunk repaired (and check for any other unknown problems either caused by or overlooked by Canadian Tire, after my disastrous experience with their service center).
Steve was very knowledgeable and communicative, keeping me updated on the status of the car throughout the day and letting me know when they discovered an additional problem. They didn't charge me for the inspection on the car, nor for checking on the passenger window, as they didn't have to do any work on it. I had a fantastic experience at this car shop from start to finish. From the moment I called to the completion of the service, everything was transparent and well-organized. The comprehensive review they provided, complete with images, was incredibly helpful. I never felt pressured to make any decisions, and Steve was excellent in helping me budget and prioritize future repairs. The service was top-notch, and I highly recommend them!
