I have this as my ‘go to’ place time after time, as they are really ProfessioNAIL in their approach - customer service, readiness to take you even without an appointment, economical with elaborate content of steps in what they do (in pedicure itself some 17 steps), doing full justice to what you came in for, nothing perfunctory at any point in time with any of their staff (Nancy is fantastic and so is Lily), as all are well-trained and know their job to the hilt, open lay out - bright, roomy and airy, no whining even if no tip but it makes you to give them due to their wonderful and flawless execution, very comfortable massage chairs (free for you which otherwise... read full review
This is a very nice and clean salon with friendly and professional staff, especially Lily and Mary. Both do a really good job while maintaining the personal touch of conversation. We have been their client for over 5 years now from the time we used to live in Delta/Surrey area and we keep going back to them. The best part is, even if they are busy, they accomodate us as walkin. Their behavior towards you doesn't flip if you don't tip them which I have seen happening at other places.
I have never been disappointed with anything at this salon. It is always clean, and even when they are so busy, they always take me as a walk in. All of the staff are kind, polite and very accommodating, especially Mary whom always has a big smile on her face and great conversation when she is doing my nails. She is a perfectionist in her trade always making sure I am satisfied. This place will always be my first choice.
