I went last week to used my Spawish gift card but I can't find it so I talked to one of the employees of the bay - she told me this salon is been out of business 2 years ago - so disappointed as this is one of the closest place I can redeem my gift card. I wonder why this still around in yelp and Spawish - they should deleted so there is no confusion.

I had come in for a FULL head of foils, cut, and style for my Christmas party evening. Their 'full' head of foils actually is not, she did it in such a way that while, yes, there were foils all over my head..except the foils were actually VERY sparse & most of my hair didn't even get colored! She then offered for $10 extra to add some toner...NO THANKS. I ended up paying for a full head of foils that was far from up to par, cut my losses and made the most of it as time was running out in order for me to make it to the party on time. The cut and style I got was not up to par to the actual rates they charge for it, which is 45 I believe. I went in with a groupon, unfortunately the front of my hair looked terrible, she chopped off a big chuck and the layers didn't blend with the rest of my hair, and she did this on one side of my face. I am just happy I didn't ask for shorter layers like I usually do, so its not a complete train wreck. I will be going back to elle v, which is another salon near guildford for my hair cuts, they do a much better job for the same price.
