Used them twice. First time to replace leaking radiator, second to fix air conditioning in my van during heat streak. Both times on short notice. Got fixed the same day. Excellent service. Andrew is very knowledgeable and experienced mechanic. He was very accommodating and treated me quite well. Definitely will use them again.
Can't remember the last time I had this good of an experience with a mechanic. Car had some noises coming from the bottom rear. He took the car in and at no charge he inspected the issue. He didn't have the part that needed to be changed to fix the issue and to save money he suggested I try to find it on my own as his supplier was giving him a really high cost. Andrew was right an I managed to get the part elsewhere on my own for a fraction of the cost. He then worked on the car using the part I bought and only charged for labour, letting me know what was wrong and what he would do with full transparency which is rare these days. Andrew is a great mechanic, really knows his stuff and a very fair person that just wants to fix what is wrong. He really helped me out at the end of June with a brake issue. Nothing but fairness and common sense, much respect and very strongly recommended!
For the negative stuff here about bad customer service, etc... if you're looking for someone to listen to your story and give you a warm hug, forget about it. He knows his stuff and doesn't have time for anything that isn't essential to the issue at hand.
