How do you write a glowing review that captures great service? If you are shopping around this company is the best at what they do. The Power Vac team just completed cleaning the dryer vent at our new home and they deserve 5 stars across the board - quality, value, professional, responsive and on time. They explained their process and reviewed the outcome with us. Our home is safer now as the dryer vent fire risk has been eliminated. We highly recommend and will have them back annually. I hired Power Vac to clean the duct and vent system for Hope Community Church in Cloverdale BC, Sean and his workers were extremely professional, went beyond their duty of service. Very pleasant and so easy to talk to. Their response to our need was prompt and timely. I didn't know a lot about the duct system but I knew they had to be cleaned, they answered all my questions and I've learned a ton. Retained their service to do a semi annual filter- replacements on the furnaces during the year. Awesome Company and an amazing bunch of people from the office to the ground workers.
