I called inquiring about my central air installation and Mark assisted me, although they don’t supply the specific unit that was installed in my place. He took the time to explain how everything works, as well as directed me on how to improve on many of the
concerns I was experiencing. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and patient as I’m not very savvy with central air or even furnaces. I truly appreciate all the advice I was given. Thank you again Mark @ Pacaire
