I took my baby girl to get her ears pierced today. The staff were great! They were friendly and prompt. Both Rawa and Debbie (the ladies that were piercing my baby girl's ears) were amazing! They made sure they got the best placement for both piercings and were in sync when it came time to the piercing. They made the whole process quick and as painless as can be. Will definitely use them again and will be recommending them!
Prices here are very affordable, the location is convenient and the ladies are super friendly too! I had the pleasure of getting a facial done today with Sandy (which they were able to squeeze me in for as a walk-in) and she was very meticulous and gentle too. It was a really nice and relaxing experience and I felt really pampered and well taken care of. I can’t wait to be back here again! :)
I used to come often but my last experience was the last one ever. I had stepped inside and she was sitting in the back corner and directed me to sit in the chair for brows. i sat there for a moment and her phone rang. she answered the phone and was raising her voice at the person on the phone and it honestly scared me and made me feel very uncomfortable. She yelled into the phone “EXCUSE ME? I DONT SPEAK CHINESE OR WHATEVER YOU ARE SAYING! YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER.” her tone was aggressive and startling. i sat up and walk out the store and to the nearest bathroom to calm down because that behavior really upset me even though it wasn’t towards me.
