Yes yu pay a bit more but it's cheaper in the end because yu dont have to keep reseeding. And the grass is awesome. Nice and thick!! Honestly best service ever....... Very big job and was refreshing to see a crew arrive early in the morning working hard all day and working with pride. Old school work ethic. Could use more of that now a days. 10/10“
