This review is for the Surrey Central location.It's worth it to note that the massage space is open to the mall, and so sometimes the noise of people walking by can be distracting. The shiatsu clinic does its best to make a relaxing space by dimming the lights and playing serene music, and they can't control if a loud group of people walk past.What keeps me coming back to this place is the quality of the massage. I find that I get a very good, therapeutic and pleasant massage every time I come here. The practitioners are kind, skilled and respectful. Even though I have medical benefits that cover registered massage therapy, I find myself getting more out of going to Japan...read full review

So so good. And so worth it. The attendants were kind and attentive. They can accommodate drop-ins, but I recommend making an appointment to get the time you want otherwise you might be waiting.

I have come here multiple times and each time I left very satisfied with the level of service. I always get a longer session because I know that time will fly past as I am having a relaxing time (sometimes snoozing lol) Would recommend trying all staff as they all have expert skills and can adjust to your level of tolerance.
