Her years of experience in healthcare were evident and an incredible asset—she knew exactly how to address my concerns and handled everything with expert care. She took the time to explain the process thoroughly, and her skillful technique made the experience far less uncomfortable than I anticipated. If you’re a first-timer, Erin is the perfect choice. The team at the South Surrey location were amazing. I have never had any waxing done anywhere and thought I would give them a shot. They were super professional, caring (and gentle lol) and made me feel very comfortable during the entire process. I plan on continuing to come back every time I am in need of anything they provide.

My experience at Hot Wax Spa has been amazing. I love the decor and I recommend Shalanna 100%! The second time around I brought my son with me to get my arms waxed. I was really nervous but shalanna recommended different ways where I can feel at ease and my son be occupied. She was very gentle and professional and I left with my arms feeling super soft and happy with her service! I can’t wait to see her again :)
