Despite all the bad reviews, I had the best experience during my kids immunizations. The receptionist who answered the call was kind enough to ask the nurse if my kids can be accommodated at the same time as they were initially booked into 2 separate appointments. Our nurse, My, generously gave up her coffee break to accommodate my kids. She was so good with my babies. I really appreciate the teachings and just your kindness in general as vaccination days can be very daunting for parents. I’m so thankful for the staff that made the process a lot smoother for a busy mama like me. Kudos to the staffs involved!

So upset with this unit - it's hard enough remembering anything with a newborn let alone appointment dates early in the morning while you've been up all night -- they send you a text message reminder AFTER your appointment time once you've already missed it!
