I joined the Hot Mess Fitness 6 week challenge to lose some covid weight. All the coaches were great and the bootcamp classes were amazing, never the same class twice. Jen pushed me to reach and pass my weight loss goal. Having done this 6 week challenge I have been able to incorporate all the new healthy habits I have learned into my daily life.
