Allow me to preface this by admitting that I am insanely picky when it comes to services, and I believe in the significance of honest reviews. My recent experience with Niko was nothing short of exceptional. I had a moldy caulking situation with my tub, a job that, in theory, I could have handled myself. However, having attempted it before with less than satisfactory results, I was hesitant. From the moment Niko arrived and assessed the situation, I was impressed. He provided thorough information about the issue, explained what needed to be done, discussed costs, outlined the timeline, and walked me through the entire process. I felt incredibly informed and confident, a rare and invaluable experience. Expressing my reluctance to tackle the task, Niko empathized and assured me he'd handle it. Despite it being a small job with minimal profit for his company, he recognized my plea and demonstrated a perfect blend of friendliness and professionalism.
